About us

A German-Thai team for Retatrutide in Bangkok

We are physicians, scientists and chemists from Germany and Thailand. Together we make the new GLP-1/GIP/glucagon triple-agonist generation available through a Bangkok partner clinic — medically supervised, under an authorised clinical protocol and with personal care in German and English.

Our mission

Obesity is a chronic, medically treatable disease. We believe: people with metabolic syndrome, insulin resistance or treatment-resistant obesity should have access to the most effective therapy available today — even before Retatrutide (LY3437943) receives regular EU approval in 2026/27. That access must be medically supervised, transparent and pharmaceutically clean.

What we hold ourselves to

Physician supervision

Every treatment starts with medical history, labs and a BMI assessment by one of the team's physicians. Continuation only when medically appropriate — a clear yes/no with no sales pressure.

Pharmaceutical cleanliness

Batch-level HPLC/MS purity testing, documented 2–8 °C cold chain and endotoxin screening by a PhD peptide chemist — not by the seller.

Scientific transparency

We cite TRIUMPH-1 to TRIUMPH-4 and published NEJM data — not marketing claims. Side effects and contraindications are addressed explicitly.

Bilingual continuity

From the German initial consult to the English follow-up in Bangkok: the same points of contact, one shared protocol, no language barriers.

Our team

Endocrinologists, obesity physicians, clinical pharmacologists and peptide chemists — every treatment is owned by named people, not by an anonymous platform.

🇹🇭 Thailand

M.Sc. Kittisak Anurak

Metabolic specialist & team lead

Bangkok, Thailand

After his master's, he specialised in the hormonal control loops of lipid metabolism. He develops practical peptide concepts for obesity care that specifically improve insulin sensitivity and regulate cravings.

Focus

GLP-1/GIP receptor analogues, metabolic weight regulation

  • M.Sc. Applied Endocrinology
  • Mahidol University, Bangkok
🇩🇪 Deutschland

M.Sc. Marlene Schneider

Development biochemist

Munich, Germany

Focuses on the stability of peptide chains against enzymatic degradation in the digestive tract. She optimises formulations to convert previously injection-only fat-burning peptides (such as growth-hormone secretagogues) into stable oral dosage forms.

Focus

Peptide synthesis, galenic formulations

  • M.Sc. Biochemie
  • TU München
🇬🇧 Großbritannien

M.Sc. Oliver Vance

Molecular biologist & computational designer

Cambridge, United Kingdom

Runs software simulations of the binding affinity of signal peptides at the receptors of fat cells (adipocytes). His models ensure that the peptides in development maximise the breakdown of visceral adipose tissue while preserving muscle mass.

Focus

Receptor targeting, lipolysis control

  • M.Sc. Molecular Biology
  • University of Cambridge
🇹🇭 Thailand

M.Sc. Pimchanok Thani

Biochemist for cellular energetics

Bangkok, Thailand

Researches the effect of mitochondrial peptides (such as MOTS-c) on basal metabolic rate. She runs the lab screens to identify peptides that stimulate fat and glucose metabolism in skeletal muscle in a way analogous to physical exercise.

Focus

Mitochondrial activation, peptide screening

  • M.Sc. Biochemistry
  • National University of Singapore
🇩🇪 Deutschland

M.Sc. Lukas Fischer

Pharmacologist & study coordinator

Berlin, Germany

Runs the monitoring and documentation of user testing. He analyses precise blood and metabolic values to guarantee the long-term safety of the peptide formulations for the cardiovascular system and liver function.

Focus

Toxicology, safety profiles, application monitoring

  • M.Sc. Pharmaceutical Sciences
  • Charité Berlin

Regulation & standards

Treatment takes place in Bangkok under the Thai FDA (อย.) trial authorisation. Retatrutide is currently not regularly approved in Germany, Austria or Switzerland; regular EU approval is expected after TRIUMPH-1 concludes in 2026/27. We do not ship treatment to Germany and do not issue prescriptions for self-supply.
